Only with colour made for animals. Mekozza groomers use non-toxic, vet-approved, semi-permanent pet dye — never human hair colour, which contains ammonia and peroxide and burns an animal's skin. A patch test goes on first, and a pet with sore or broken skin is not dyed at all.
Creative colours start at ₹1,499, subtle highlights are ₹1,999 and a full coat is ₹2,499. The price includes the bath and blow-dry the colour needs either side of it.
Three to six weeks, fading gently with each wash rather than growing out in a line. Keep them out of strong sun for the first two days and use a mild pet shampoo and it lasts at the longer end.
