What does it cost to join?
Nothing to apply and nothing monthly. Mekozza takes a commission on completed bookings only, so if you earn nothing you pay nothing. The current rate is shown in your dashboard before you accept your first job.
When do I get paid?
Within 7 days of a booking being completed, to the bank account or UPI ID you add inside your partner account. Every payout is listed in your dashboard with the bookings it covers.
How long does approval take?
Usually under 48 hours. A person checks your documents rather than a script, so it occasionally takes longer — you will get an email either way, including if we need something else from you.
Do I have to accept every booking?
No. You set your working hours, and you can decline any individual job. Declining does not count against you, though owners do see how often a partner replies.
Can I leave?
Any time, from your dashboard. We only ask that you finish bookings already accepted, so nobody is left without the care they have paid for.
