The part nobody else tells you

Other QR tags print your number and address on that page.

A collar goes to whoever picks the animal up. Here is the whole of it.

Why this one

No app to install

Not for you and not for whoever finds your pet. A phone camera opens the page and that is the whole of it.

Your number stays private

Your address and email are never on the page. Your number is only there if you put it there.

You are told the moment it is scanned

A notification with the time, and a map pin if the finder shares one. Every scan is kept, so you can go back to it hours later.

Nothing to renew

No subscription and no battery. Change your number or your pet’s details whenever you like — the etched code never changes.

Etched, not printed

The code is cut into steel, aluminium or brass. There is no sticker and no ink to wear off a collar that gets wet every day.

Questions people ask first

Does the person who finds my pet need an app?

No. They point their phone’s camera at the code and the page opens in their browser. They do not need an account either — somebody who has just picked up a frightened animal in the street is not going to sign up for anything, and a tag that asks them to is a tag that does not work.

Is my phone number on the tag?

Only if you decide to put it there. It is a separate field from the number on your account, precisely so that publishing it is a choice you make for one pet rather than something that happens to you. Leave it empty and a finder messages you through Mekozza instead — you still get told immediately, and they still never see your number.

What if I change my phone number later?

Update it in your account. The code etched on the tag points at your pet’s page, not at your number, so nothing on the collar ever goes out of date. This is the reason the tag is a link and not a number stamped in metal.

My pet is missing right now. Does this help today?

Mark them missing on their page and it changes immediately — anyone who scans the tag sees a missing banner and a button to tell you where they are. That works on a tag you already have. If you are ordering today, the tag still has to be made and delivered, so it is protection for next time rather than help this afternoon.

Does it need charging, or a signal?

No. There is no battery, no Bluetooth and no GPS in it — it is a code cut into metal. That is also why it cannot be switched off, run flat, or stop working when it is out of range. The location you get is the one the finder chooses to share from their own phone.

What is it made of, and what does it cost to keep?

Stainless steel, anodised aluminium or brass depending on the design, laser-etched. ₹249 to ₹449 once, delivery included, and nothing after that.

Can I put one on more than one pet?

Each tag carries one pet’s code, because the page a finder opens has to be about the animal in front of them. Make a page for each pet and order a tag for each — they can be different designs.

It is the cheapest thing you will ever do for them.

A collar with nothing on it tells a stranger nothing. From ₹249, once.
